You accompany the migration of customer environments to cloud services and ensure a seamless transition.
You manage devices and applications via Intune and develop customised solutions.
You continuously improve existing IT infrastructures and implement innovative tools and technologies.
You are responsible for 2nd-level support as well as incident, change and problem management.
You work independently within the team, actively shape projects and bring in new technological impulses.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or have many years of experience in the IT field.
You work confidently with Microsoft 365, Azure and modern IT environments.
You show initiative, willingness to learn and proactively tackle new topics.
You are customer-oriented, provide professional advice and build trusting, long-term customer relationships.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
