Information Security Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You translate group-wide security requirements into effective standards and guidelines for the local organisation.
You identify cyber risks, assess their impact and support the departments with appropriate countermeasures.
You advise projects, transformations and architecture initiatives and embed protection requirements at early stages.
You monitor the implementation of controls, support audits and coordinate local activities in the event of security incidents.
You continuously develop the security governance model and ensure meaningful reporting, key figures and awareness measures.
Qualifications:
You have several years of practical experience in information protection and IT risk management, ideally with leadership experience at CISO, BISO or comparable level.
You have completed studies in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, engineering or a related field.
You are familiar with security governance, risk analyses, architectural principles as well as cloud and identity protection, preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem.
You are familiar with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls or MITRE ATT&CK; certificates such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC are welcome.
You convince through analytical thinking, personal responsibility and target-group-appropriate communication in German and English.
