Your Profile

• Graduated in civil engineering, you bring at least 10 years of experience in project management in the field of railway infrastructure, phases SIA 31 to 53.
• Your knowledge of Swiss standards (DE-OCF, SIA) allows you to support our clients from the preliminary design phase to commissioning.
• You have experience in team management and are capable of ensuring internal management and organisation of the team assigned to the mandate, while contributing to the training of juniors.
• Meticulous and structured, comfortable with IT tools (including 3D and AI tools), you propose relevant, efficient, innovative, and environmentally friendly solutions.
• Able to work autonomously, you also appreciate teamwork and wish to collaborate on large-scale projects.
• You are ready to commit to contributing to the development of the office and the team.

The Mission

As a Project Manager, you will support our clients at all stages of the mandates. You will be responsible for planning, production, and organisation of your teams for railway projects. You will prepare all necessary documentation for project management and ensure financial monitoring of the mandates, as well as contact with the client and other partners.
