Your area of responsibility

• You are the first point of contact for patients as well as for internal and external offices and convince with your friendly, service-oriented manner
• You organise the neurological consultations and ensure optimal care of our patients together with the team
• You take on a variety of administrative and organisational tasks and keep an overview even with a changing daily routine
• Depending on the need, you support medical activities - from minor procedures to specialist consultations

Your experience

• You have completed medical or commercial training (e.g. MPA, FaGe, pharmaceutical assistant) - ideally with additional qualification as a medical secretary and a certificate of competence for venous blood sampling and injections
• You enjoy dealing with patients, keep an overview even in hectic situations and organise your tasks efficiently
• You are proficient in handling IT systems and enjoy administrative tasks as well as learning new things
• Team spirit, communication skills and discretion characterise you - with your open and empathetic manner you contribute to a appreciative team culture
