YOUR TASKS

• You plan, coordinate and carry out maintenance work in the HVACSE areas heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical – including special systems such as medical gases, water treatment and building technology
• You independently process and resolve fault reports and ensure the smooth operation of all technical systems
• You reliably document all activities in the maintenance tool (Waveware)
• You accompany and coordinate external companies and support technical projects – depending on need, also in a leading role
• You operate safety-relevant systems and actively participate in daily business as well as in the building management system (MSRL)

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training in a technical field (e.g. sanitary, electrical, mechanics, HVAC or comparable)
• You have already gained professional experience, ideally in a hospital environment
• You are willing to perform on-call duty
• You approach faults in a solution-oriented manner and take responsibility for smooth operation
• You are a service-oriented person and enjoy working in a team
• You enjoy a challenging role in a lively environment as well as continuous professional development
