About the job
Your tasks:
- Independent management of property accounting for rental, commercial and condominium properties
- Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Allocation, verification and posting of invoices
- Recording and monitoring of rent payments and other incoming payments
- Execution of payment transactions and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Preparation of annual financial statements and periodic accounts
- Management and reconciliation of property, owner and tenant accounts
- Support with budgeting and financial evaluations
- Handling of dunning and debt collection processes
- Maintenance and control of accounting master and object data
- Close cooperation with property management as well as internal and external contacts
- Support with general administrative tasks in property accounting
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in property accounting or accounting
- Knowledge of the management of rental properties and condominiums is an advantage
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Knowledge in preparing heating and ancillary cost statements is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with property management software is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Strong numerical understanding and precise working style
