We are looking for the CMS of Payerne for a rate between 60%-80%, a :
COMMUNITY HEALTH AND CARE ASSISTANT (ASSC) at 60%-80%
Mission :
- Collaborate on the medico-social care project (support in the form of help and care) based on respect for the principle of the person’s autonomy.
- Participate in monitoring the client’s situation evolution, in collaboration with the client, their circle, the interdisciplinary team and the attending physicians.
- Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household help and family assistance.
Profile :
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as ASSC.
- Have, if possible, experience in home care.
- Be available to work during the day, evenings and weekends.
- Be able to work autonomously and interdisciplinarily.
- Hold a driving licence and own a vehicle (possibility to use a company vehicle).
- Knowledge of German would be an asset.
