For an established Swiss technology company, we are seeking an experienced leader who combines technical expertise with organisational skill. In this responsible position, you will specifically develop an existing planning team, optimise internal processes, and ensure professional project execution. You will act as the central interface between customers, planning, engineering, and operational implementation.
- Establishment and implementation of a new ECAD/CAE environment including suitable processes, standards, templates, and libraries
- Overall responsibility for technical concepts, quotations, calculations, and binding engineering standards
- Management of demanding projects from the concept phase to successful implementation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards as well as complete and high-quality technical documentation
- Central contact person for internal and external technical queries as well as for demanding escalations
- Sustainable optimisation of engineering processes, tools, interfaces, and internal knowledge management
- Several years of professional experience in electrical planning, automation, industrial or building technology
- Sound user knowledge of ECAD systems such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or comparable solutions
- Leadership experience in a small to medium-sized team or strong suitability for a responsible leadership role
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high decision-making and prioritisation competence
- Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills, high resilience, and confident appearance
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

Profile
- Completed basic electrical engineering training with further education at HF/FH level or an equivalent qualification- Several years of professional experience in electrical planning, automation, industrial or building technology

- Leadership experience in a small to medium-sized team or strong suitability for a responsible leadership role
