Deputy Project Manager Project Management Office 50 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a deputy project manager for the Project Management Office within the framework of a major infrastructure project. In this role, you act as a sparring partner to the PMO management and independently continue the office in close coordination. Your tasks include developing business management concepts, preparing reports and analyses, as well as managing project controlling, risk management, and reporting. Your expertise helps ensure that demanding projects are professionally managed and well-founded decision-making bases are created.

What do I need to be successful?

Your profile for this responsible position:

• Completed university degree in business administration or civil engineering (FH or university) with additional business management qualification or comparable qualification

• Many years of experience in project management and leading demanding, cross-departmental projects

• Solid expertise in project controlling as well as proficient use of SAP and digital tools

• Initiative, strong consulting skills, strong service orientation, and pragmatic implementation strength

• Sound understanding of the construction industry and business management processes
