- You coordinate material procurement, resources, and personnel deployment, ensuring a smooth project process.
- You lead the assigned employees and support your team with professional and organisational questions.
- You always have costs, deadlines, and quality under control and initiate appropriate measures early in case of deviations.
- You maintain professional contact with customers and actively develop existing business relationships.
- Through your technical understanding, you identify additional customer needs and thus contribute to acquiring follow-up and additional orders.
- You work closely with internal departments and other project participants to ensure efficient collaboration.
- Further training in switchgear construction, project management, or electrical engineering is an advantage.
- Professional experience in planning, designing, or implementing switchgear and controls.
- Initial or solid experience in leading employees and enjoyment in taking responsibility for a team.
- Good knowledge of CAD applications and a strong affinity for digital tools.
- An independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working.
- Organisational strength as well as good technical and commercial understanding.

Tasks
- You independently manage several switchgear projects from technical and commercial preparation to successful handover.- You coordinate material procurement, resources, and personnel deployment, ensuring a smooth project process.
- You lead the assigned employees and support your team with professional and organisational questions.
- You always have costs, deadlines, and quality under control and initiate appropriate measures early in case of deviations.
- You maintain professional contact with customers and actively develop existing business relationships.

Profile
- A completed vocational training as an automation technician EFZ, switchgear assembler, or in a comparable electrical engineering profession.- Further training in switchgear construction, project management, or electrical engineering is an advantage.
