Ensuring and monitoring the stable IT operation in the area of IT infrastructure at the locations Zurich, Brunnen and Einsiedeln
Support of users in 1st and 2nd level support as well as analysis and resolution of technical faults
Administration and support of central IT services such as Domain Controller, File Services, Print Services and Microsoft Exchange
Administration and maintenance of local IT hardware and infrastructure, including servers, storage and network technology
Coordination and alignment of IT tasks with the respective locations and local contacts
Planning, coordination and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
Qualifications:
Completed technical IT training or a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, network technology, routing and Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services
Experience in administration and support of IT infrastructures
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Strong team and communication skills
