Germa Paysages is a Romandy company with 65 employees, specialising in high-end outdoor landscaping. Our swimming pool sector is experiencing strong growth, notably with the Magiline brand.

To strengthen our Etoy branch, we are looking for an autonomous, organised and solution-oriented swimming pool technician.

Your tasks

1. Install and connect technical swimming pool equipment: filtration, pumps, water treatment, heating, regulation and accessories
2. Experience in liner installation
3. Carry out commissioning and adjustments
4. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs
5. Perform maintenance, winterising and recommissioning
6. Check water quality and proper functioning of installations
7. Explain equipment and its use simply to customers
8. Ensure clear follow-up of interventions and parts used
9. Collaborate with site managers and outdoor landscaping teams
10. Participate in the continuous improvement of our technical organisation and after-sales service

Your profile

1. Proven experience in pool technology, sanitary installations, hydraulics, electromechanics or a comparable field
2. Experience with Magiline pools is a major advantage
3. Good knowledge of hydraulics, filtration and water treatment
4. Ability to diagnose faults and find solutions independently
5. Precise, clean and careful work
6. Good customer contact
7. Organisational skills and team spirit
8. Fluency in French
9. Category B driving licence essential, BE an advantage.

A vocational certificate in a technical trade is appreciated, but solid practical experience in the pool sector can also make a difference.
