Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a specialist as Architect Design & Execution (80-100%) for the handling of architecturally demanding building projects. Depending on experience, you will accompany projects from the concept and design phase through planning to execution and detailed planning and gradually take on more responsibility. You combine design quality with precise constructive and planning implementation and work with ArchiCAD on the further development of projects. The position is suitable for both recent graduates and architects with professional experience and offers development opportunities in design and execution.
Responsibilities:
Participation in demanding architecture and building projects across various planning phases
Development and elaboration of architectural concepts and designs
Creation and further development of floor plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings
Handling projects with ArchiCAD from design to execution planning
Constructive and design deepening of building components, materials and detailed solutions
Participation in planning, approval and execution planning
Coordination of architectural planning with specialist planners and other project participants
Integration of specialist planning from structural engineering and building services into the architecture
Review and coordination of plan statuses and technical interfaces
Taking over own planning areas and increasing project responsibility according to experience
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at ETH or FH level
Entry-level or professional experience in architectural planning, ideally in Switzerland
Solid knowledge in design, planning and constructive planning
Knowledge of ArchiCAD is an advantage
Understanding of construction, materialisation and architectural detailing
Knowledge of Swiss planning processes and SIA phases is an advantage
Good German language skills spoken and written
