For our client, we are looking for a sales-strong personality for the store in the heart of Bern starting 1 December 2026 (or by arrangement).

Your tasks

• First-class advice: You conduct personal, needs-oriented and trustworthy advisory discussions with private customers and accompany them until the purchase is completed.
• Store responsibility: You take co-responsibility for an appealing brand presentation, maintain the display area and occasionally manage the store independently.
• Administration & back office: You prepare quotations, record orders in the system, take over cash management as well as the daily cash closing and check goods receipts.
• Customer care: You are the friendly, competent contact person for telephone enquiries and ensure an all-round positive customer experience.

• Training: Successfully completed basic training as a retail specialist EFZ.
• Experience: Proven practice in advisory-intensive, high-quality sales (e.g. living, lifestyle, premium consumer goods).
• Working style: High degree of independence, organisational skills, sense of responsibility and a well-groomed, winning appearance.
• Languages: Confident German (C2/native language); French and/or English skills are a clear plus.
