Job Description
- Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team of scaffolders
- Organise the assembly, dismantling and modification of scaffolding
- Ensure the proper execution of work according to plans and deadlines
- Guarantee compliance with safety standards and current procedures
- Control the quality of installations and provide support to your team
- Actively participate in work on construction sites
Profile Sought
- Proven experience as a scaffolder or scaffolding team leader
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding assembly and dismantling techniques
- Natural leadership and organisational skills
- Good physical condition and ease with working at heights
- Strict adherence to safety rules
- Driving licence preferred
