Project Manager Heating/Cooling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 125,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the overall project management of demanding building technology projects with a focus on heating and cooling. You will be responsible for projects from the initial study through planning and realisation to handover to the client, coordinating the various HVAC disciplines. In addition to technical project work, you will take on cost, schedule and quality controlling as well as leading interdisciplinary planning teams. As the central contact person, you will advise clients on sustainable, energy-efficient and economical building technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Independent overall project management of HVAC projects from feasibility study to realisation and handover
Planning and designing demanding heating and cooling systems for new builds, conversions and renovation projects
Development of energy, heat and cooling supply concepts considering sustainability and energy efficiency
Responsibility for project-related cost, schedule and quality controlling
Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams as well as management of the involved disciplines
Ensuring interfaces between heating, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, sanitary, electrical and building automation
Advising clients and principals on technical, energetic and economic issues
Preparation of variant studies, calculations, cost estimates and decision-making bases
Coordination of planning, tendering, awarding and site supervision across the relevant SIA phases
Conducting and leading project, client and specialist planner meetings
Accompanying commissioning, functional checks, acceptance and handover
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, energy requirements and Swiss building technology standards
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services planner EFZ, preferably specialising in heating, supplemented by further training as a certified technician HF or engineer FH is an advantage
Several years of proven experience in the planning and realisation of heating and cooling systems
Experience in project or overall project management of building technology projects in the Swiss market
Sound knowledge in HVAC planning, cost management, tendering, realisation and site supervision
Experience in technical leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams
Very good German language skills spoken and written
French language skills are an advantage
