For our client, an established company in the field of technical building equipment, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual as Project Manager Sanitary (m/f).
The company plans and implements demanding solutions for building technology and accompanies projects from the initial planning to successful completion. For the existing project team, we are looking for a person who enjoys taking responsibility, professionally supports customers, and takes pleasure in technically challenging projects.
- Independent management of the projects assigned to you as well as coordination of all involved parties.
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams on more extensive undertakings.
- Preparation and development of technical as well as commercial offers.
- Obtaining and comparing quotations as well as supporting the procurement of materials and services.
- Accompanying projects from the planning phase to practical realisation.
- Coordination with customers, suppliers, specialist planners and other project partners.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring a smooth project process.
- Active participation in the development of practical and economical solutions.
- Additional further training at a higher professional level is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in sanitary technology and experience in independent project management.
- Good organisational skills and a pronounced technical understanding.
- Enjoyment in coordinating different contacts and working with customers.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
