- Independent support, administration, and further development of demanding IT infrastructures, both remotely and on-site
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical faults in 2nd-level support for client, server, and network environments
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft server and client environments as well as network and VoIP solutions
- Analysis of security-relevant events and execution of system updates, security patches, and maintenance work
- Active participation in the planning and implementation of demanding IT infrastructure projects in various client environments
- Structured handling of support tickets, creation and maintenance of technical documentation, and coordination of external service providers
- Participation in regular on-call duty and occasional assignments outside regular working hours
- At least three years of professional experience as a system engineer or ICT system specialist, preferably at an IT service company
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft server and client environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365
- Practical experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, virtual desktop infrastructures, and Microsoft Azure
- Solid expertise in network and firewall technologies as well as experience with information security, data protection, and sensitive data
- Analytical thinking, independent and structured working style, and strong customer and service orientation
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Valid category B driving licence and willingness to participate in on-call, evening, and occasional weekend shifts

Responsibilities
- Ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performance IT operation for clients in the healthcare sector- Independent support, administration, and further development of demanding IT infrastructures, both remotely and on-site
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical faults in 2nd-level support for client, server, and network environments
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft server and client environments as well as network and VoIP solutions
- Analysis of security-relevant events and execution of system updates, security patches, and maintenance work

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on platform development or system technology, computer science degree, or comparable qualification- At least three years of professional experience as a system engineer or ICT system specialist, preferably at an IT service company
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft server and client environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365
- Practical experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, virtual desktop infrastructures, and Microsoft Azure
