Finance Manager - Temporary Contract

As part of a transformation period, our client, an SME active in the healthcare sector in Neuchâtel, is looking for a Finance Manager for a transition assignment of at least 4 months, starting from 1st October.

Responsibilities

As the interim Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the finance department and ensuring the continuity of operations while supporting several strategic projects of the company.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure the daily management and steering of the finance department.
• Guarantee the quality of financial processes and compliance with deadlines.
• Prepare the financial organisation for the future structure and facilitate the transition to permanent management.
• Actively participate in the implementation of a new ERP and support the teams through this change.
• Provide financial and operational support in the context of an ongoing acquisition.
• Work closely with management and internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a finance manager role
• Experience in transformation contexts, notably:
  • ERP implementation projects;
  • merger and acquisition operations.
• Ability to work comfortably in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, strong autonomy and pragmatism.
• Agile personality, solution-oriented and able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Fluent in French and German.
