Our client is an established IT service provider in the Zurich area, supporting companies with high demands on availability and security. Their claim is customised IT services that work reliably in customers’ daily operations and grow with them. In this role, you bring your Citrix know-how into demanding environments, advise customers with foresight, and significantly shape the quality of the services.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operation and design of complex system environments with high security requirements
You specifically develop existing customer environments further
You support operations in analysing and resolving faults
You contribute to the definition and implementation of customer solutions
You recognise optimisation potential early and independently implement improvements
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education (e.g. HF, FH or professional certificate)
You bring several years of experience and in-depth knowledge in operating Citrix environments
You have practical experience in the design and operation of ADC or NetScaler solutions
You ideally have knowledge of Microsoft applications and VDI platforms
Certifications from Citrix or Microsoft are desirable, as is comparable expertise
ITIL knowledge is an advantage
You speak very good German and good English, both spoken and written
