Technical Buyer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Process-oriented overview of the entire supply chain from the perspective of process costs
Optimisation and from this the conception and implementation of cost reduction measures
Responsibility for the entire material disposition including management of staff in material management logistics including deadline tracking
Search and development of suppliers according to the company’s strategic orientation
Regular benchmarking of procurement-relevant processes
Ensuring demand-oriented, efficient process organisation of all procurement-relevant & logistical processes in coordination with the specialist departments
Qualifications:
You have a technical background (e.g. higher technical college, mechanical training), ideally with further training focusing on purchasing/material management/supply chain management or logistics
Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment (supplier industry, mechanical engineering, automotive, medical technology)
You are characterised by strong organisational, communication and leadership skills as well as pronounced negotiation skills at different hierarchical levels
You convince with your strong analytical and conceptual skills and also enjoy implementing yourself
Sound experience in handling an ERP system and with MS Office
Good English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
