Integrated Workshop Manager (m/f) Socio-Professional Master (MSP) 80-100%
The integrated workshop is a subcontracting workshop located on the premises of one of our clients in Villars-sur-Glâne. Our client is a large international group working notably in the watchmaking sector. We provide various subcontracting activities such as packaging watch parts, assembling kits, or various handling tasks.
Responsibilities
As the manager of the integrated workshop, you assume overall responsibility for its organisation and its operational and social functioning. You supervise a team of 20 to 30 employees with disabilities, supported by two part-time MSPs and one person in training as part of a long-term internship.
Operationally, you are responsible for the smooth running of the workshop, the organisation of activities, and the quality of services provided. You plan and coordinate the work, ensure compliance with our client’s requirements, and act as their main contact.
Socially, you are responsible for the supervision and support of the employees in your workshop. You ensure their daily follow-up and, in collaboration with your colleagues, participate in the preparation and validation of annual reviews as well as their presentation during network meetings. You are also responsible for welcoming, integrating, and training new employees.
You have significant autonomy in managing and organising the workshop. In close collaboration with our client and your colleagues, you are proactive in improving processes, developing activities, and evolving the workshop according to the needs of the employees and the requirements of our client.
Profile
• Higher professional training and experience in an industrial or technical field
• Solid experience in team management
• Higher social training or equivalent experience, or willingness to begin such
training
• Leadership, a caring management style, and ability to collaborate in a team
• Organisational skills, rigour in work planning, and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office / ERP)
• Clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract
