About the job
Responsible for the Regional Social Centre (CSR), Social Insurance Agencies (AAS) and the Regional Decision Centre (CRD) PC Families, we provide information, advice and social benefits to meet the needs of the population.
To complete its team, the CRD PC Families is looking for a:
PC FAMILIES CASE ASSESSOR
on a permanent contract, full-time (100% workload),
starting immediately or as agreed

Your main duties will be to:
- Welcome, inform and guide the public on the PC Families scheme as well as other social insurance benefits during drop-in sessions and/or administrative interviews
- Determine entitlement, calculate benefits and issue decisions in accordance with legal provisions
- Carry out periodic and extraordinary reviews of ongoing cases and process reimbursements for medical and childcare expenses as well as handle disputes
- Process legal cases, notably by preparing determinations for the competent authorities
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee with extended pathway or equivalent training (commercial professional maturity is an asset)
- Certificate as a generalist in social insurance or willingness to obtain one
- At least two years of proven experience in social insurance, particularly in case management
- Federal diploma in social insurance is an asset
