Your Tasks
- In this versatile and demanding dual role, you combine classic mandate management in fiduciary services with a specialised advisory function for private clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Fiduciary mandate management: You independently manage a portfolio of fiduciary clients (SMEs and private individuals), prepare annual financial statements, tax returns, and provide advice on business management issues.
- Wealth and pension advice: From the care of private clients, you develop specialised advisory mandates. You holistically analyse your clients’ financial situation in the areas of wealth, pension, retirement, and estate.
- Conceptualisation and implementation: You develop tailored, long-term solutions to optimise pension and wealth situations, succession planning, as well as marriage and inheritance law matters.
- Client development: You identify potential with existing clients, actively help build the wealth and pension advisory area, and maintain sustainable client relationships.
Our Requirements
- You are a trustworthy advisory personality who is at home both in classic fiduciary services and has a passion for holistic advice to private individuals. You convince through:
- Education: A higher business administration qualification (e.g. federally certified fiduciary expert, financial planner with federal certificate, or similar).
- Experience: Several years of solid professional experience in fiduciary consulting, combined with proven experience in pension and/or wealth advice.
- Expertise: Sound knowledge in finance and accounting as well as tax law, combined with specialised knowledge in private pension and financial planning.
- Advisory competence: Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
- Personality: A high degree of discretion, empathy, and a pronounced customer and service orientation.
