Responsibilities:
Design of alpine tunnel projects, including road tunnels, protective galleries, adits and escape routes
Planning of excavation methods, support systems, ventilation and emergency exits
Collaboration with surveying, environment, safety and fire protection
Technical management in planning and execution including construction supervision
Participation in complex construction phases and challenging terrain conditions
Qualifications:
Civil engineer with experience in tunnel construction, ideally in mountainous regions
Knowledge of rock mechanics, shotcrete, sealing systems
Enjoyment of complex project work with interdisciplinary teams
Committed, solution-oriented, flexible
