Communications Officer

Making sustainable economy and committed companies visible, game-changing projects, and meaningful results: this is the challenge awaiting you within the Communications Unit of the Service for the Promotion of Economy and Innovation (SPEI). Your mission? To ensure that the service's offerings are clear, accessible and attractive to companies and their partners, particularly regarding the sustainability aspect of the Economic Development Support Policy (PADE) and the Sustainable Economy Support Fund (FSED), which form the core of your portfolio.

Specifically, you conceive and deploy content that inspires engagement in sustainability: campaigns, publications, company profiles, digital formats. You manage the service's channels, highlight supported projects, and organise meetings that bring together companies and partners around these initiatives. A cross-functional role at the intersection of content creation, event management, and mandate coordination.

• Design and implement communication plans, content and materials tailored to different audiences and channels.

• Develop and manage digital communication related to support for the sustainable economy: websites, social media, newsletters, mailing campaigns.

• Promote companies, projects and results supported by the service.

• Design, organise and promote meetings and events aimed at companies and partners.

• Manage external mandates, coordinate partners in your portfolio and measure the effectiveness of actions taken.

• Specialised training in digital communication, corporate communication, marketing or public relations.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing communication projects, including digital communication, editorial production and managing service providers.

• Excellent writing skills and proficiency with digital communication tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate diverse partners and adapt content to audiences and media.

• Strong interest in sustainability, innovation and business support.

• Knowledge of the Vaud economic and institutional fabric as well as sustainable economy actors is desirable.
