For one of our clients, a medical institution based in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Albedis is recruiting an IT Technician / Level 2 Support & System Administrator for a temporary assignment of approximately 3 to 6 months.
Job Description
Your Mission
Within the IT team, you will handle level 2 support issues as well as system administration activities in a Microsoft environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing level 2 IT support to users
- Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents
- Administering and maintaining the Microsoft environment
- Participating in the management of workstations and user accounts
- Performing maintenance and configuration tasks
- Collaborating with various IT team members
- Documenting interventions and ensuring ticket follow-up
Profile Sought
Your Profile
- Education in IT or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in level 2 IT support
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments
- Experience in system administration
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems independently
- Good interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Reliable, adaptable and pragmatic person
Given the short duration of the assignment and the client’s needs, we are primarily looking for a person who is:
- Resident in the canton of Vaud
- Used to working on-site
- Available immediately or very quickly (ASAP)
- Able to commit to the entire assignment (3 to 6 months)

Work rate: 100%
Duration: approximately 3 to 6 months
Start: ASAP
Hours: flexible, start between 07:00 and 09:00 / finish between 16:00 and 18:00
