Architect Design (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 95,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an Architect: Design & Competitions for the conceptual and creative handling of demanding architectural projects of various scales. You independently and collaboratively develop design, competition and project concepts and advance them from the initial idea to spatially, constructively and functionally convincing solutions. A particular focus is on high architectural quality as well as climate-adapted and future-proof building concepts. The planning and visual communication of the projects is carried out, among other things, with Archicad and digital 3D models.
Responsibilities:
Development of demanding architectural designs and building concepts of various scales
Handling of architecture competitions, study commissions and feasibility studies
Analysis of location, use, spatial programme, urban context and legal framework conditions
Development of urban, spatial and functional concepts
Transformation of design ideas into preliminary and construction project solutions
Creation and further development of digital 2D and 3D plans with Archicad
Preparation of floor plans, sections, facades, diagrams and presentation materials
Development of materialisation, construction and façade concepts in collaboration with internal and external specialists
Integration of sustainability, resource efficiency and climate-adapted building into the design process
Coordination of design planning with structural engineering, building services, landscape architecture and other disciplines
Preparation and participation in presentations, juries and project meetings
Ensuring and further developing the design and conceptual quality throughout the various planning phases
Qualifications:
Completed studies as an Architect FH/ETH or comparable university degree
Experience or strong interest in design, competitions and conceptual architecture
Very good spatial, design and constructive understanding
Confident handling of Archicad in 2D and 3D
Knowledge of Swiss construction and planning practice as well as relevant SIA standards is an advantage
Interest in sustainable, climate-adapted and resource-efficient architecture
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
