Team Lead Maintenance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 110,000Our client is a traditional Swiss company that develops and produces innovative devices and digital solutions for demanding applications in medical technology. The company combines many years of experience in precision mechanics and optics with modern technologies and comprehensive research and development expertise. Responsibilities:
- Collaboration within the team to complete a variety of tasks related to buildings and internal services
- Coordination and execution of repairs and maintenance measures
- Management of the access system and parking spaces
- Implementation and monitoring of recycling measures
- Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with all safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ (or equivalent) with initial experience in personnel management
- Solid knowledge in occupational safety and strong interest in deepening knowledge in building management
- Reliable and service-oriented working style
- Good Microsoft Office skills and fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to take on on-call duties
