Responsibilities:
Monitoring and ensuring the reliable operation of IT systems and customer environments
Handling technical enquiries and faults in 1st and 2nd level support
Optimising and automating recurring support and operational processes
Creating and maintaining system documentation, instructions, and technical operational documents
Participation in IT projects, rollouts, and the organisation of the on-call service
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Good knowledge of Windows client and server environments as well as a basic understanding of IT infrastructures
Initial to solid experience in IT support and fault analysis
Strong independence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
Structured, precise, and customer-oriented working style as well as very good German and English skills
