Accountant (m/f/d)

The company operates in the field of HR services and personnel management. It supports organisations in optimising their personnel processes and offers solutions related to personnel administration, payroll processing, and HR consulting.

Responsibilities:
You independently take responsibility for the closing tasks and ensure proper management and reconciliation of financial accounts.
You monitor ongoing creditor processes and ensure timely payment processing.
The correct preparation and review of tax-relevant statements are also part of your duties, as is compliance with applicable regulations.
You prepare meaningful financial reports and analyses and coordinate collaboration with external specialists.
With your eye for optimisation, you further develop financial processes and support the exploration of additional business opportunities.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship as well as further training in finance and accounting form your professional foundation.
You bring solid practical experience in financial accounting and are well acquainted with closing tasks and creditor processes.
You work confidently with financial software and spreadsheet programmes and have very good Excel skills.
Your German language skills are at a native level.
