Recording and critical evaluation of professional needs from the sales environment.
Translating process analyses into clear specialist concepts and functional specifications within the CRM platform.
Accompanying cross-departmental coordination with sales, marketing, governance, technology and risk management.
Preparation and execution of user acceptance including test case design and result validation.
Empowering key users through training, knowledge building and accompanying change activities.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting, requirements analysis or management of corresponding CRM projects.
Completed studies in a business or IT-related field or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of the Salesforce platform; relevant vendor certificates are welcome.
Strong process understanding, analytical skills and experience dealing with different stakeholders.
Very good German language skills at C1 or native level; financial or banking experience is an advantage.
