Polymechanic Setter Programmer (M-F) 100%

Job Description

• Set up production machines
• Program parts in CAM (GibbCAM software)
• Update and ensure follow-up of CAM files (postprocessors and programmes)
• Prepare setups and control means, documents, tooling, tools
• Ensure smooth running and monitoring of production
• Inspect various parts according to instructions
• Participate in improving our machining processes
• Participate in new industrialisation projects
• Participate in the technical/feasibility analysis of a part

We expect

• Federal VET Diploma as micromechanic, polymechanic or equivalent training
• Proven experience on CNC machines
• Experience in Swiss-type turning (Citizen M16, Miyano) and experience in CNC turning as well as milling
• Knowledge and practice of CAM (GibbsCAM) desired
• Commitment and excellent sense of responsibility
• Autonomous and rigorous, you demonstrate a very good team spirit and know
