For our Programming department, we are looking for a CNC Programmer (M/F).

Job Description

• Creation of programmes on twin-spindle machines with milling and turning units (grinding is a plus)
• Definition of tooling and machining strategy
• Optimisation of machining times and establishment of an action plan to achieve objectives
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process
• Active involvement in the fine-tuning of initial settings
• Updating programme feedback and machining sheets
• Consultation of process sheets and articles in the ERP
• Ensuring compliance with quality system requirements
• Application of safety rules and directives
• Technical support for workshops

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma as a Polymechanic or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in the same role
• Knowledge of GibbsCAM software
• Experience in the watch case sector is desirable
• Proficiency in ISO language (Fanuc) required, Siemens language is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills with a strong team spirit
