An experienced individual is sought for an established IT company who designs demanding IT infrastructures, advises customers technically, and implements modern cloud solutions. The position offers a great deal of personal responsibility and combines technical project work with the support of demanding customer environments.
The focus is on Microsoft technologies, cloud infrastructures, and IT security. A solution-oriented personality is sought who also contributes their expertise in 3rd-level support and supports internal teams with technical questions.
Responsibilities:
Design, implementation, and integration of modern IT infrastructures and cloud solutions
Technical responsibility for the stable operation of the assigned customer environments
Participation in 3rd-level support as well as analysis and resolution of complex technical faults
Support in the technical design and implementation of customer solutions
Consulting customers and internal departments on infrastructure and cloud topics
Further development of existing IT environments considering modernisation and IT security
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with appropriate further education and several years of experience as a system engineer
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Solid experience with Microsoft Azure, especially in the area of IaaS
Good knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, group policies, and scripting as well as experience with virtualisation solutions
Interest or practical experience in IT security; Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator are an advantage
Independent, solution- and customer-oriented working style as well as confident German language skills and a category B driving licence are advantageous
