Your tasks:

• Independent management of the general and subsidiary ledgers including month-end closing
• Handling of payment transactions
• Account reconciliations
• Monitoring of dunning and debt collection processes
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Assistance with annual financial statements
• Preparation of documents for controlling
• Expense and credit card accounting
• Support for ERP and time tracking software
• Participation in projects

Your profile

• Commercial training (focus on accounting) and/or training as an accounting/ fiduciary clerk
• Multi-tasking skills
• Native German speaker (French and English skills advantageous)
• Precise, reliable and efficient working style
• Good manners and strong team spirit
• Willingness to learn and consistent interest in further education and becoming more effective
