ZurichYour Tasks
- You are actively involved in service and participate in the restaurant, as well as at banquets and catering events.
- You organise and coordinate the work and workflows according to the resources of the learners and participants.
- You take on the educational and professional support and guidance of programme participants as well as learners in service, adhering to the curriculum and the training concept (especially practical instruction, professional training). You promote the problem-solving and action competencies of learners and participants.
- You ensure occupational safety and hygiene requirements according to specified safety standards.
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in gastronomy or hotel management
- Desire for development in the social / work education field
- Experience in gastronomy with service and catering is an advantage
- Enjoyment & empathy in dealing with people
- Ability to respond flexibly to the changing needs and conditions of learners
- Ability and motivation for respectful collaboration with people from different cultures and social backgrounds
- Willingness for irregular working hours (shift work early or late shift - no curfew, closed on Saturdays and Sundays)
- Flawless oral and written German skills as well as good IT user skills (MS Office)
- Swiss driving licence category B

We are ready when you are (6 months fixed term from start date).
Your Salary
The monthly gross salary for a 100% workload during the pre-internship is CHF 1,500.00 and during training CHF 2,300.00.
