The FTI, Foundation for Industrial Sites of Geneva, manages all the industrial areas in the canton. As a public law foundation, it ensures the support of company installations in the canton’s industrial zones. Within the framework of the canton’s economic strategy, it aligns the supply of spaces with the demand from eligible companies in industrial zones, while developing the necessary infrastructure to meet companies’ needs in terms of mobility and environmental management.
Its action also aims to sustainably develop the industrial zones notably by:
- Creating synergies between public actors, property developers and companies, being at the heart of the transformation of industrial activities in Geneva.
- Ensuring the provision of spaces to industrial and craft companies at competitive prices, respecting current legislation and guaranteeing a good diversity of the economic fabric.
- Leading the transformation of industrial zones to reconcile economic activity with its environment, offering a quality and sustainable living environment.
In this context, it owns or manages on behalf of others land and buildings intended for industrial and craft use.
To strengthen the management team and the property management service, we are looking for a new position for a
Specialist in Marketing Industrial Properties 80-100%
Your mission :
- Ensure the marketing and monitoring of vacant spaces (rental park of land and buildings), implementing defined orientations and participating, in collaboration with the service manager, in adapting the strategy
- Organise and conduct visits of vacant properties, ensuring a qualitative and targeted presentation to prospects
- Follow up with prospects from first contact to contract signing, including needs qualification, organising visits, monitoring exchanges, reminders and supporting applications
- Apply the preselection methodology by analysing applications against internally defined criteria (urgency, suitability, compatibility of uses, project solidity)
- Prepare and present files for validation to the management commission, ensuring quality, coherence and completeness of information
- Collaborate, in connection with managers, to formalise contractual conditions until file conclusion
- Monitor external agents (marketers, brokers, partners), including managing actions and controlling the quality of approaches
- Ensure updating and reliability of marketing data in internal tools (notably Terra)
- Produce and maintain tracking tables (vacancy, enquiries, agents, temporary projects) and provide regular reporting
- Contribute to managing zones in transition, supporting managers, notably in monitoring rental requests, supporting relocations and coordinating transitions
- Follow up on service requests to the zone, transitional uses (cultural and sporting), and events, ensuring their alignment with defined orientations
- Organise, launch and monitor calls for projects for transitional uses, including preparing the framework, dissemination, analysing applications and monitoring selected projects
- Conduct market monitoring and contribute to adjusting marketing practices
- Contribute to structuring and continuous improvement of marketing tools and processes
- Play a central coordination and interface role, involving regular interactions with internal teams, property managers, prospects and partners.
Your profile :
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position, and experience in property management.
- Training in real estate is a strong asset
- Excellent writing and organisational skills.
- Interest in data management systems and their analysis.
- Good command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Autonomy, analytical ability and proactivity.
- Enjoy teamwork, asset management and have a client-oriented and attentive character.
