Technical Sales Representative

About the job

For one of our clients, a pest control company, we are looking for a sales representative who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, retaining existing clients, or regaining former clients in order to increase market share and ensure revenue growth.

Main tasks:

Acquisition of new clients

Finalising contracts and orders

Providing competent support and advice to clients

Calculating sales offers

Identifying needs and market trends in pest control

Recording and updating client data

Regular follow-up with potential clients

Weekly reporting to superiors

Working with responsible technicians to ensure project compliance

Communicating information for administrative management

Achieving set annual targets

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a sales representative in Switzerland (construction sector)

Mandatory knowledge in pest control / building protection

Understanding of plans

Driving licence

English level B2 minimum and/or German level B2

Comfortable using a CRM

Easy contact, personable, proactive, motivated to develop new contacts
