Your Tasks and Perspectives

1st and 2nd level onsite support at our customers in the canton of St. Gallen (St. Gallen, Grabs, Wil and Uznach)
Installing and maintaining workplace systems, staging clients, peripherals, mobile devices and communication tools
Updating hardware inventory, operating manuals, instructions and checklists
Participation in rollout and relocation projects
Participation in the lifecycle replacement of IT hardware

Training as an IT specialist EFZ or several years of professional experience in client infrastructure support
Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, telephony and various administration tools such as software distribution and Active Directory
Team-oriented, independent and customer-focused working style, analytical thinking and structured working method
Confident oral and written German skills (at least level B2)
Driving licence category B (passenger car)
