Mission
Within this role, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will manage a team of 22 employees in their production activities in bar turning and finishing. In close collaboration with the other workshops of the Arm Wheels service and support services to ensure the production plan meets quality criteria and Patek Philippe standards, you will be responsible for achieving results and facilitating the Employee Experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximising productivity and deadlines to achieve objectives.
- Ensure training support and the development of versatility within the workshop.
- Analyse operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and operation times.
- Ensure compliance with the production plan and guarantee the application of Patek Philippe standards.
- Advance the activity and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with other workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal clients and other services and divisions.
Profile sought
- ES technician in microtechnology or mechanical engineering or equivalent training.
- 5 years of experience in an equivalent role.
- Previous management experience is essential.
- Mastery of machining techniques, especially bar turning.
- Knowledge of production management.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an asset.
- Ease in written and oral communication and good listening skills.
- Ability to unite a team around a common goal.
- Proactive, decision-making and organisational skills.
- Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Team spirit and adaptability.
