Responsibilities:
- You manage the accounting of Swiss companies.
- You are jointly responsible for the monthly financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, as well as the annual financial statements according to OR including intercompany reconciliation and reporting.
- You are responsible for the accounts payable.
- You are responsible for posting incoming payments including dunning.
- You manage credit management.
- You are responsible for creditworthiness checks.
- You prepare the VAT returns.
- You prepare service chargebacks for group companies and external recipients.
- You provide support in general ledger and asset accounting.
- You supervise the commercial apprentices in accounting.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ.
- You have completed training as a accounting clerk or as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma.
- You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
- You are confident in closing accounts according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER.
- You have, ideally, experience with SAP (preferably S/4 HANA or Fiori).
- You have knowledge of VAT legislation and tax law.
- You have experience as a trainer for commercial apprentices.
- Your German and English skills are business fluent in spoken and written form.
