Provider Manager (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Adhering to and further developing standards, methods and tools for provider management
- Independently taking responsibility for and optimising our provider relationships as well as assuming content ownership of the related contracts
- Monitoring compliance with and enforcement of guidelines, processes, service-level agreements (SLAs) and operation-level agreements (OLAs)
- Responsible for contract negotiations and conclusions with sourcing partners and suppliers with regard to our Sympany operating concept and our strategy
- Conducting service review meetings with suppliers as well as escalations in case of problems with sourcing partners and suppliers, including requesting root cause analyses (RCAs)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners as well as continuously improving processes in provider management to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Continuously ensuring the performance and quality of providers and initiating possible improvement measures
What sets you apart:
- In addition to your completed basic education, you have further training (HF/FH) in the field of (business) informatics or similar.
- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable role and are well versed in managing external partners.
- You understand the business and the challenges of service management/provider management in depth and have ideally expanded your experience with an ITIL certification.
- You impress with your high customer and service orientation and your ability to understand and translate the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- You can expand value-adding networks and convince with your target-group-appropriate, appreciative and at the same time solution-oriented communication.
- You are strong in negotiation and assertiveness.
- You have excellent German language skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills are an advantage.
