Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d)

Take responsibility for diverse and demanding electrical projects in the North Department and support our branches in the successful implementation of their initiatives.

This position is also suitable for individuals seeking to start as a Junior Project Manager and take their first career step in this field.

What you can shape

• You independently and responsibly plan and execute electrical projects in the xxx region.

• You efficiently, structurally and cost-consciously prepare tender and offer documents.

• You conduct project meetings and work closely with architectural firms, clients and specialist planners.

• You develop plan and schematic documents using CAD programmes.

• You accompany the branches of the Bern department and ensure smooth implementation of their customer projects through close collaboration.

• You deepen your installation expertise in future-oriented areas such as e-mobility, photovoltaics and heat pumps through internal training.

What defines you

• You have completed advanced training in the electrical field at project management or master level or are undergoing corresponding training.

• You are well acquainted with the relevant standards and guidelines (NPK, Steiger, NIN).

• You are regionally rooted, communicative and enjoy engaging in customer acquisition.

• You hold a valid driving licence.
