• First-level support and contact person for our employees regarding IT concerns
• Coordination with second- and third-level support at the Head Office in Germany
• Setup and maintenance of workstations, hardware and mobile devices
• Management of user accounts and permissions
• Conducting training sessions on Microsoft 365, Citrix and other applications
• Participation in IT projects and infrastructure topics
• Support and coordination of EDI projects from requirements gathering through testing to successful go-live
• Analysis of requirements, support during tests and assistance with the introduction of new digital interfaces

• ICT Supporter SIZ, IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Knowledge in EDI and API as well as interest in digital business processes and system interfaces
• Experience working with departments, customers or partners is an advantage
• Strong team and consulting skills
• Structured and independent working style
• Good German and English skills
• Driving licence category B
