Your mission:

A true support to the floor teams and a key player in the customer experience, you contribute daily to the excellence of our service through:

• Operational assistance to the Housekeeping teams
• Preparation and stocking of the offices
• Supporting customer requests with responsiveness and discretion
• Transporting linen, welcome products and equipment to the floors
• Respecting the company standards / quality charter
• Being helpful and considerate towards customers while respecting their privacy and ensuring comfort and order in the room

Your profile:

• Fluent French mandatory
• Experience in luxury hospitality
• Good physical condition
• Excellent organisation / methodology, ability to adapt to activity flows
• Team spirit, impeccable dress and personal appearance
• Autonomous and discreet
• Flexible hours (morning, day, evening, night) and available at weekends
• Excellent knowledge of cleanliness rules in hospitality
• Very good knowledge of cleaning products
• Work must be done carefully and rigorously
