Property Management Clerk (m/f/d) 50 - 100%

• Diverse administrative tasks in commercial and technical property management
• Assistance with re-letting (vacancy management) including viewings of apartments and ancillary properties with interested parties
• Preparation of tenancy agreements for apartments and ancillary properties as well as related appendices and addenda
• Support with the handover and acceptance of apartments and ancillary properties (partly independently)
• Preparation of tenant final accounts
• Assistance with debtor and creditor management
• Written and oral contact with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training in the real estate sector
• Industry knowledge in real estate, ideally already acquired
• Native German speaker, confident in spoken and written language
• Good IT application skills (MS Office programmes, GREM/REM)
• Organisational talent and good manners
• Valid driving licence and own car required (free parking in Bern)
