For our client, an established service company, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Head of Finance 60 – 100%. The position is initially to be filled temporarily for three months. There is the possibility of a permanent position after the first three months. Our client maintains an open and respectful corporate culture. The workplace is centrally located in the Zürcher Oberland and easily accessible.

Your tasks with the new employer

• As a member of the management team, you take overall responsibility for finance and human resources, strategically and financially manage subsidiaries, prepare budgets and annual financial statements, and support the CEO as a sparring partner
• You are responsible for capital management, complete financial accounting, tax returns, as well as the digitalisation and transformation of financial processes
• You lead and promote a small team (finance and IT staff) and bear the main responsibility for IT without being operationally involved

You offer your new employer

• You have a higher business administration qualification or a qualified financial further education (e.g. finance and accounting specialist, certified auditor, NDS Corporate Finance/Controlling) and bring at least five years of experience in a comparable role in an SME environment
• You possess strong leadership and team management skills and lead employees purposefully
• You are organisationally talented, IT- and ERP-affine, familiar with digitalisation in the SME environment and convince through communication skills, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
