Role:
For the development of a central digital platform, an experienced professional is sought who combines product responsibility and technical platform know-how. The focus is on strategic development, modern platform technologies, and the creation of secure, scalable, and efficient services.
Responsibilities:
Strategic development of the platform as well as definition of the product vision and roadmap
Maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog according to benefit, security, stability, and regulatory requirements
Co-design of the technical architecture and further development of APIs, integrations, and infrastructure components
Development and operation of modern platform services as well as CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code solutions
Collaboration with business units, architecture, security, operations, and development
Translation of business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
Development of standards, guidelines, and self-service offerings
Promotion of a modern DevOps culture and empowerment of the involved teams
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Platform Engineer, or DevOps Engineer
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of cloud and container technologies
Experience with platforms, automation, and modern deployment processes
Comprehensive understanding of API design, integrations, CI/CD, and platform architectures
Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills, initiative, and high personal responsibility
Fluent German language skills
