In this role, you take strategic and operational responsibility for planning and implementing complex IT projects in the corporate environment. You manage interdisciplinary teams, coordinate external service providers, and ensure compliance with time, budget, and quality. With your solid technical understanding and strong communication skills, you drive innovations forward and actively accompany change processes. You analyse requirements, assess risks, and develop viable solutions for a wide range of stakeholders. You always keep an overview and set clear priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- You independently develop electronic and microcontroller circuits and program them in C, C++, and VHDL
- In this role, you independently create the PCB layouts of your circuits using Altium Designer
- You implement both hardware and embedded software developments equally and efficiently
- As a hardware and embedded software engineer, you work closely with colleagues from mechanics, testing, and industrialisation
- You realise customer-specific solutions and are in technical exchange with contacts directly at the customer
- You are responsible for integrating new technologies, bus systems, and interfaces for the digital further development of individual customer applications
Qualifications:
- Completed studies as an engineer at a university of applied sciences, ETH, or technical university in electrical or microtechnology
- Extensive experience in developing hardware and software solutions for embedded systems
- Confident use of the programming languages C and C++ as well as solid know-how in hardware and layout design
- Ideally with knowledge of various bus systems and familiar with EMC and CE requirements
- You act purposefully, structured, and with high precision in implementing technical solutions
- You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills for international exchange
